Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with fashion designers to understand their vision, advice, and requirements for motif designs.
∎ Research current fashion trends, industry techniques, and best practices related to screen printing and embroidery.
∎ Develop original and unique motif designs that reflect the fashion designer's aesthetic and brand identity.
∎ Create digital mock-ups and prototypes of motifs using graphic design software.
∎ Ensure that designs are technically feasible for screen printing and embroidery processes.
∎ Modify and refine designs based on feedback from fashion designers, considering factors such as color, scale, and placement.
∎ Prepare final design files with accurate specifications and color separations for production.
∎ Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources.
∎ Stay updated on emerging graphic design trends and technologies relevant to screen printing and embroidery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on screen printing and embroidery motifs.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually compelling designs for the fashion industry.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
∎ Knowledge of screen printing and embroidery techniques, including color separations and technical requirements.
∎ Understanding of fashion trends, color theory, typography, and composition principles.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with fashion designers and production teams.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
∎ Knowledge of digital printing processes and experience with file preparation for printing is a plus.
