We are looking for:
A creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our multi-destination education brand. You will create compelling digital content, from static graphics to AI-generated videos, that resonates with students in Cumilla and across Bangladesh, driving engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact marketing materials: social media graphics, brochures, banners, email templates, and presentations for Australia, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.

• Produce short-form AI-generated video content (reels, shorts, testimonials, explainers) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all digital and print channels.

• Edit and enhance photos and videos for campaigns and student testimonials.

• Collaborate with the sales and counselling teams to create visually appealing admission and visa process guides.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing visuals.

You must have:

• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and AI video creation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.

• AI Video Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI video generation/editing tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika, HeyGen, or similar).

• Language: Good command of English to understand and create content for international education.

• Mindset: Creative, innovative, able to work under deadlines, and open to feedback.

• Location: Local candidates from Cumilla will be given priority.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the education sector or agency environment.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.

• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
