Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in Graphics Design (Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced designer)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and produce art and copy layouts for material such as books, magazines, newspapers, brochures, folders, paper advertisement, annual report, billboards and packaging etc.
∎ Expert in Art and Sketch (Free hand drawing/ CG Art).
∎ Concept development and implement the ideas through creative presentation.
∎ Adherent to client requirement and time constraints.
∎ Responsible for print and prepress service specifications, approvals and quality control.
∎ Update final output to present to the client and send to the final production.
∎ Coordinate with clients & marketing team consistently.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Good understanding power to receive the instruction for designing.
∎ Flexible, creative thinkers open to new ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced organization
∎ Monitor job progress in all phases of production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum two years' experience in advertising/creative agency in handling clients
∎ Expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & other graphic design software
∎ Adequate knowledge of designing and overall print material design concepts.
∎ Adequate knowledge in output preparation.
∎ Must be able to work individually and under pressure Should be able to take directions and produce a work based on it.
∎ Writing proficiency in Bengali & English language
Salary: Negotiable
