∎ Capable to handle Target USA production as a GPQ
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Very good communication skill writing & speaking both in English.
∎ Participate in a Risk Analysis meeting and discuss all critical points about customer acceptance.
∎ Review the size set & participants for the PP meeting with comments. Highlights / Discuss the critical points/areas that need special attention as per customer requirements.
∎ Capable to handle Target USA production.
∎ Vast knowledge about Target production pre-final and Final inspection.
∎ Review the first sewing output & highlight the issues for corrections.
∎ (First 50 – 100 Pcs)Visit relevant sewing lines/finishing areas and highlight the issues for corrective actions.
∎ Co-operation with buying House/Buyer QA for in-line audits.
∎ Maintain the style detail file with all required documents (style file).
∎ Do pre final audits for pack qty at 25% , 50% and 80% for order more than 3000pcs , If the order quantity less than 3000pcs then do 25%, and 60% pack quantities.
∎ 100% pack qty pre-final / Final audit and make sure the shipment is up to customer/Buyer requirements.
∎ Need to send the required samples to the relevant Merchandiser/ people (shipment samples, counter sample, reference sample, etc.).
∎ Co-operation with 3rd party inspections and any doubts or need for any information should be clarified from the QA Manager/ Merchandiser / or with the relevant people, and clear guidelines to the Production / QA teams.

∎ Dada (Dhaka) Ltd is a Leading Headwear Brand products manufacturing South Korean based 100% export oriented company. The Company is urgently looking for GPQ/QA Executive for all kinds of Headwear. Job Grade for this position on the basis of experience and competency level of the candidate.
∎ Job Responsibility:
