∎ M.Com / MBA in Finance/ Accounting from a reputed University.
∎ Professional Qualification: ACA/ FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be capable to accomplish all tasks of the Accounts & Finance Department of the group as a leader.
∎ Overseeing daily business operations.
∎ Developing & implementing growth strategies.
∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating & Managing Budget.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
∎ Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
∎ Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
∎ Maintain the financial health of the organization.
∎ Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
∎ Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
∎ Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
∎ High ethical standards are essential when dealing with financial transactions, data, and sensitive information.
∎ Identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them is important for ensuring the company's financial stability.
∎ Staying up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements is crucial to avoid legal issues.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
