Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Management from a Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Administration, Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper operation and function of the Company.
∎ To ensure proper coordination among all Departments of the Company.
∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall administrative activities of the Company.
∎ To ensure the entire activities related to Compliance of the Company.
∎ To handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the Company as per Law of the Country.
∎ To ensure proper safety & security of the Company's employees, assets and properties including fire safety hazard.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient operation & maintenance of all machineries, equipment and vehicles of the Company.
∎ To review the different Reports submitted by various Departments of the Company.
∎ To contribute and maintain a congenial working environment inside the Company.
∎ To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for protecting Company's interest.
∎ To maintain good relationship with Compliance Agencies, Labor Office, Labor Court, Labor Federation, Law Enforcing Departments, Local Authorities etc.
∎ To deal with Legal Matters.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
∎ Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have almost 5 years' experience in similar or senior management position.
∎ Candidates must be from Military Service & the Rank of a Retired Major.
∎ Only retired Army person are encourage to apply.
∎ Having the experience of similar position will get preference.
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of KPI & SOP.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
∎ Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, and bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws and ILO Convention related to Telecom Business in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
