∎ Provide financial advice and support to senior management to enable sound business decisions.
∎ Lead the financial planning and analysis function to drive financial performance.
∎ Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements.
∎ Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and forecast.
∎ Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting.
∎ Work closely with department heads to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
∎ Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
∎ Identify and manage financial risks to ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.
∎ Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
∎ Ensure that the organization has appropriate insurance coverage.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, accounting and commercial team.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

∎ Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a General Manager - Finance & Accounts who is responsible for the overall financial management, develop control system of the organization. This role involves overseeing the financial operations, accounting, budgeting and reporting functions. The GM will lead the accounts, finance and commercial teams to ensure the company's financial strategies align with its overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
