The General Manager / Head of Security is responsible for overseeing the security operations of an organization, ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and facilities. The role requires designing security protocols, supervising security teams, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for the organization

Supervise and manage all security personnel, including guards, monitoring teams, and control room staff

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and security audits

Ensure protection of employees, premises, and assets against theft, fire, or any threat

Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory authorities

Plan and oversee VIP and event security management

Implement technology-driven security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)

Conduct regular training and drills for the security team

Monitor compliance with legal and safety regulations
