Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of sales activities to develop the Government and Semi-Government Tenders relevant (Furniture) business in consultation with management.
∎ To analyze the Market for taking competitive advantage and chalk out a plan to get maximum sales volume through the Government Tenders channel.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and implement training programs to build up professional skills and knowledge.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provides strategic guidance for tapping the new market.
∎ Regularly visit Clients/ Engineers/ Customers /Corporate Houses and Government Tender work to generate product demand.
∎ Submit the periodical sales report and Market progression report to the management.
∎ Build positive working relationships with existing clients for repeat business & generate new inquiry & keeping track.
∎ To identify potential clients and optimize the market and develop Corporate & Individual Sales.
∎ To expand the network to increase sales all over Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Credit Collection and Realization effectively.
∎ Branding the product all over Bangladesh to attract potential customers.
∎ Prepare sales budget and costing periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have extensive marketing experience in Government Tender (Furniture) will get preference.
∎ Candidates with 10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial positions in the relevant industry will get a preference
∎ The candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet) and Software management.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
