∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Sales Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Ice Cream, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales target
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force
∎ Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force and dealer points
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses
∎ Plan and devise effective trade marketing and other promotional campaigns
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 experience in FMCG (Confectionery)
∎ The incumbent having similar role in Multinational Companies abroad or FMCG Companies abroad will be given preference
∎ Must have practical extensive experience and proven track record of leading large sales force group and increasing sales substantially
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work for long hours
∎ Foreigners can also apply
