Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate our vision and mission with Swish team members and make them align with our goals.
∎ Build strong relation with Top Architectures of Bangladesh to bring repeated business for SWISH.
∎ Build relationship with government employees and communicate our brand value to bring government projects for SWISH.
∎ Regular market survey with business development wings to find our potential business projects and achieve monthly business targets.
∎ Position brand value of swish in the market to make SWISH as the first choice for luxury projects.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Manage business development and sales team members to keep them motivated
∎ Ensure compliance of SWISH outlets by managing outlet team members and ensure five star feelings at swish outlets.
∎ Regularly train outlet sales and business development team members about communication and convince skills at the customer end.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Research competitor’s activities and make strategic plan to gain business share at market.
∎ Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
∎ Regular client visit and follow-up, find out potential client and submit quotation to Client and bring business growth
∎ Ability to handle customers queries and complaint
∎ Ability to establish the strong brand image of SWISH at customers.
∎ Regularly report to top management and supervisor about the market scenario after client meeting.
∎ Strong Communication Skills at customer end & build an emotional connection.
∎ Developing goals for the business development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
