Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
∎ Plan and formulate the company’s Annual, Half yearly, Quarterly and Monthly business plan and ensure achievement of the same as per ABP.
∎ Defining, implementing & revising operational policies & guidelines for the organization.
∎ Formulate the marketing plan and achieve sales and revenue collection target set in the business plan.
∎ Recruit manpower as required to strengthen the efficiency and work ability of various departments of the company.
∎ Maintain subordinates by orienting, training, counseling, planning, appraising on job results.
∎ Maintain the overall working environment of the company by personal honesty, integrity, ownership, discipline and inculcating the same to the subordinates.
∎ Develop relationships with corporate business house, agencies, vendors, contractors, developers and other applicable external partners.
∎ Monitoring daily attendance of head office, site office & factory employees.
∎ Attend various meetings, events of RAV.
∎ Regular Factory & Site visit.
∎ Monitor & ensure Billboard space contract, renewal, space modification etc.
∎ Monitor & take necessary action about servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.
∎ Monitor & check all kinds of bill of RAV including project, branch and factory.
∎ Analyze financial statements to foresee trends of financial performance and advice course correction.
∎ Define overhead cost allocation and repatriation guidelines.
∎ Ensure adequate controls in all the related finance processes.
∎ Provide necessary MIS reports to the top management.
∎ Any other task assigned by reporting supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Strong crisis management & conflict medication skills.
∎ Good knowledge on audit, accounts, VAT & TAX etc.
∎ At least 15 years experiences in relevant field and minimum 3 years experiences in similar position.
