Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or textile may get preference but not essential
∎ MBA in any discipline from any reputed university, preferably public university or reputed private university.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Excellent communication skills in English, Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production management:
∎ Responsible for full production process for Cutting,Sewing,Finishing in order to achieve targeted production expire production plan
∎ Lead the production team including machine wise job distribution to the operators with the coordination of planning team , target distribution to PM in-charge , supervisor and other unite hits
∎ Provide necessary guideline to perform the job effectively to enhance productivity in each level of production process
∎ Ensure effective production and manpower planing based all factory floor level capability and constraints
∎ IE and Planning:
∎ Lead IE and planning team to prepare the effective production plan and provide necessary guidelines for productivity increase process development determination of skills matrix
∎ Responsible to analyse IE planing process to find out the constraints / limitation in our existing process and take necessary corrective action for improvements
∎ Quality Management:
∎ Responsible for overall quality process from cut to export and make a necessary development as and when required
∎ Ensure 0% rejection at all level of production, minimize DHU level and reduce alteration / rework
∎ Lead and monitor the quality activities of Knitting, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Fabrics, Yarn , Printing & related departments and provide necessary guideline or developing new process / procedure to ensure the quality is being done effectively & in a timely manner.
∎ Factory Administration:
∎ Ensure utilization of company resources including transport , securities, store management, machine maintenance, electrical and so on
∎ Ensure all compliance requirement is being maintained according to the appropriate policy and procedure. You must have practical knowledge and experience on Alliance, Accord, Walmart, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, OEKO-TEX, Fair-Trade,GOTS,GRS,CTPAT and other local compliance requirement.
∎ Work closely with all level of management staff to execute the company business plan, identify the risk and mitigating factors and potential opportunities.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with the local police,local govt. , local community,stockholder , business partners, suppliers.
∎ 'Identify cost reduction area and take necessary action to reduce the factory overhead cost in order to maintain the company's annual budget. Annual budget may be reduced subject to reduction of export and production.'
∎ Compliance audit management and ensure 0% issues which includes social, fire & safety, housekeeping, data protection, grievance, health and safety, training, awareness, harassment, worker and management relation etc. (Your performance will be evaluated based on current compliance issues and report from upcoming schedule)
∎ Ensure continuous monitoring on house keeping activities in all area of factory including sewing, cutting, finishing, fabrics and accessories store.
∎ Responsible to monitor overall store management function including yarn, finish fabric accessories and general store
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when delegated by the Board of Director.
∎ People Management:
∎ Take necessary action to reduce the man-power exclusively in factory admin area such as security, maintenance, Admin, loader, kitchen, store etc.
∎ Take necessary action to reduce absenteeism rate (Particularly in production area). Control worker migration and take immediate action to fulfill the vacant position.
∎ Capable to lead staff,worker and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AOP, Finishing, Knitting and Dyeing, Printing
∎ Working experience with most top branded customers will be an added advantage. Should possess, sufficient knowledge to understand buyer specifications and requirements. Should be an excellent team player with ability work independently with positive mind set in order to deliver results desired by the company.
∎ Candidates must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/ implement efficient & effective business techniques
∎ Must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated and able to perform under pressure in order to accept this challenging position.
