Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institute, preferably with science background up to HSC level;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing marketing goals to achieve market-share and profitability goals for the Hospital;
∎ Actively participate in the pricing of products and services of the Hospital;
∎ Plan & Implement all Promotional & Communication activities, including development of communication materials, literatures, promo materials etc;
∎ Conduct Public Relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
∎ Run Sales Programs & Campaigns to generate new referrals;
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers;
∎ Recruitment, Development and Training of Sales & Marketing team;
∎ Continuous market monitoring and updating of marketing strategy and plans for optimum result;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with reputed Hospital / Diagnostic center or pharmaceuticals company [Work exposure to Chattogram Division preferable];
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
