Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of Accounts section & Admin functions to regularize day-to-day business.
∎ Administration, Airlines & Aviation related activities Including HRD.
∎ Research & Develop Strategy to promote our company in Airlines & Tourism industry.
∎ Innovate new tactic to expand activities of KTT to enhancing welfare of KTT’s members.
∎ Correspondence with tourism related organization of home and abroad.
∎ Supervision, guidance and conducting sessions of KTT.
∎ Correspondence with related officials/offices/members of the Association.
∎ Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
∎ Must have advanced drafting skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Monitor needed supplies for office.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by authority from Time to time.
∎ Give the right advice for the right situation
