Educational Requirements:
∎ FCA / FCMA with masters in Accounting (Masters from Dhaka University will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall responsibility considering law, regulation, standards and company policies
∎ Develop and comply the annual compliance program
∎ Identify risk and planning the risk mitigation activities
∎ Develop policies for the best internal control system of the organization
∎ Contribute to the effective cost saving program of the organization
∎ Carry out special audits from time to time as directed by the management
∎ Plan and perform operational audit, system audit as well as financial audits
∎ Review and assess completion of audits.
∎ Coordinate with the management to take conduct any business emergencies.
∎ Integrate best practices and systems into the audit programs.
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Perform as a Team Leader
∎ Assign jobs/responsibilities in proper way to the team to get quality & on time result

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in the same role.
∎ Leadership qualities
∎ Knowledge on related advance software
∎ Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
