∎ We are looking for some e-commerce digital marketing specialist for our E-commerce segment with a strong background in Digital Sales, Marketing, or Business.
∎ The person in this role will work closely with the senior management team and should have the mastery and innovative approaches to increase customer traffic to make Asthaprotidin.com a world class E-commerce platform in Bangladesh.
∎ Market Place Anywhere in Bangladesh as per necessity

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate the strategies, develop a business plan and process flow.
∎ Ensure significant business growth of the e-commerce segment in a very professional and result-oriented way.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Coordinate with the senior management to develop a sales plan, budget, and strategy.
∎ Monitor competitor's products, Initiatives, and marketing strategies.
∎ Develop and handle the campaigns of different types of products and subsequently evaluate the effectiveness.
∎ Monitor the order management team and make sure that all the customers can place their orders smoothly.
∎ Build strong relationships with the agents and communicate with them regularly to solve their queries and problems.
∎ Analyze the competitor's market data and develop a strategy to attain a competitive advantage.
∎ Build a positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
∎ Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Maintain close contact with the IT, graphics, and branding team for all types' promotional activities.
∎ Get in touch with the customer support and issue resolution team for a better customer service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):At Least 03 years experience in Sales and Marketing, B2B, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Ecommerce Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):E-commerce
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.
∎ Knowledge about Google analytics.
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing like Ad word certification.
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytic, Net Insight, web analytic Omniture, Web Trends).
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
