Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Masters of Business Administration ( MBA),
∎ Preferred professional certification: CACC/CIMA/FCA/ACA/ICMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing financial documentation, Financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents as per Global Standard & Bangladesh Group and Companies policy;
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Reporting risk issues to the Managing Director
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain liaison with various regulatory authorities, Bank, Insurance and others.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement, Reports, MIS, DSS, annual Budget and Forecast cash flow within a target time.
∎ Identifying cost of process & product establishing standard costing, analyzing the variance and initiating monthly report.
∎ Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial, accounting, tax and VAT policies and procedures.
∎ Financial, Tax & VAT planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
∎ Ensure all recommendations appearing in various internal, external, regulatory audits. Compliance Review reports are implemented in an appropriate manner.
∎ Clear knowledge about Export LC, Import LC and related loan accounts.
∎ Drafting and checking various agreements, notes and other inter-official/third party correspondences.
∎ Set targets for and supervise all accounting, finance, commercial & VAT personnel.
∎ Monitor monthly performance reporting. (Financial statements and KPI's)
∎ Capability to lead working team all group of accounts department.
∎ Developing strategic financial plans, creating policies etc.
∎ Training the finance & accounts team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Corporate Law
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS-Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skill & Leadership Skill.
∎ Coordination & Team building capacity.
∎ Hardworking and able to work under stressed.
∎ Must be expert in Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must have good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Commercial, Tax /VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax.
∎ Require vast knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law.
