Business Development & Strategy
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand freight forwarding and logistics services across key trade lanes and markets.
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with local and international clients.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers, agents, and stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through innovative service offerings and competitive solutions.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Lead client acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs in air freight, ocean freight, road transport, and warehousing.
Build long-term partnerships through proactive communication, service excellence, and trust-building.
Logistics & Order Processing Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end logistics process including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and cargo tracking.
Monitor and optimize order processing cycles to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with operations teams to improve workflow, reduce lead times, and enhance service reliability.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Financial & Reporting
Set and achieve sales targets, monitor P&L performance, and control budgets effectively.
Provide regular reports to senior management on business growth, client status, and market trends.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals in coordination with finance and operations teams.
