Job Context:
∎ Best Western Heritage is a five star standard hotel located in Kolatoli Circle, Cox`s Bazar operated by the world`s largest hotel chain Best Western Hotels and Resorts.
∎ We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is excited to join the team as General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for directing and leading the daily operations and providing effective leadership to the associates in achieving the hotel's strategic goals, focusing on financial performance, service culture and employee engagement.
∎ Direct day to day operations of the hotel by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet or exceed the needs of owners, employees and guests.
∎ Develops and implements business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Best Western Heritage's overall mission, vision, values and strategies.
∎ Achieves the hotel's profit, customer service and revenue goals by directing the operation of the hotel.
∎ Maximize revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management Services Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 to 25 years experience in the hospitality industry with significant luxury and international experience including 5-7 years’ experience of working as a General Manager at any International chain/brand Hotel.
∎ Proven leadership skills, result oriented.
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
∎ Able to create a diverse and supportive work environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
∎ Strong time management skills.
∎ Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays and nights.
∎ Must have the excellent computer system skills.

Salary: Negotiable
