Educational Requirements:
∎ CA/CMA qualified with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analytical skills, Accounts and Finance, Budgetary Control, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Prepare financial statements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc).
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
