Experience:
5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a reputable European liaison office.
Expertise in both manual and CAD pattern making and grading, with a strong command of Gerber System.
Proven experience as a Garment Technician in woven, knit, and sweater garments.
Strong command of both spoken and written English.
Deep familiarity with garment production processes and quality control systems.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
Ability to make confident, well-informed decisions based on solid technical expertise.
Possessing excellent skills in applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee factories to ensure accurate process analysis and correct production operations.
Verify and check patterns to ensure accuracy in measurements, shape, and grading.
Conduct training for suppliers to introduce key requirements and enhance foundational knowledge.
Fitting check on mannequins and models to ensure accurate fit.
Independently assess and make informed decisions regarding the sample approval.
Understanding of sample quality standards, with the ability to evaluate and check all types of samples.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Create, grade patterns and perform consumption using the Gerber system.
Travel to factory to ensure quality and other requirements.
