Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas by planting, watering, pruning, and weeding.
∎ Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns to ensure healthy grass growth.
∎ Cultivate flowers, shrubs, and trees by planting, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health.
∎ Remove debris, dead plants, and weeds from gardens and landscaped areas.
∎ Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, shears).
∎ Monitor and manage pests, diseases, and weeds using safe and eco-friendly methods.
∎ Design and plan garden layouts or seasonal flower beds.
∎ Install and maintain irrigation systems for proper water distribution.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
∎ Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
∎ Knowledge of plants, landscaping, and horticultural techniques.
∎ Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
∎ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
∎ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
∎ Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
∎ A diploma or certification in horticulture (preferred but not required).
∎ Landscaping design skills.
∎ Knowledge of pest control and eco-friendly gardening techniques.
∎ Basic knowledge of irrigation systems.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
