∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Standards (IAS) and BAS, General HR, Labor Management, organization and administrative skills.

Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Multinational Company Looking For Smart & Energetic Candidate.
∎ Responsible for general affairs activities of the company, including: fix asset control, office equipment and stationary control, car arrangement, catering & cleaning service, security, and gardening (if any).
∎ Support all foreigner employees and experts upon their working time at the company, including: air ticket booking, accommodation, work permit and visa issues.
∎ Manage the office maintenance, alarm system and fire fighting system.
∎ Control the daily waste and hazardous waste of the company to keep a good working environment.
∎ Responsible for organize of all company events: Summer trip; year-end party; ceremonies under supervision of the direct superior.
∎ In charge collecting document and do some simple works for Accounting Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strictly follow the fix assets control procedure of the company to make sure that all of fix assets, equipment is well controlled and in good condition.
∎ Make a good filing system for fix asset cards.
∎ Make a record for consumption of office equipment, stationary.
∎ Filling and follow up the service contracts with relevant suppliers.
∎ Do periodically suppliers audit by checking & comparison of price & service quality.
∎ Keep watching on daily operation of security guard and cleaners.
∎ Ensure that the office is always in safe condition, especially at night time & holidays.
∎ Support foreigner employees and expert.
∎ Upon request, provide the best support to all of foreigner employees in preparing/organizing necessary facilities regarding to their daily works.
∎ Ensure that 100% of foreigner employees have work permit according to the law.
∎ Responsible for application of visa (including visa for employee’ family members)
∎ Manage the office maintenance, alarm.
∎ Responsible for periodical maintenance of the office, including: buildings, air-conditioners, copy machines, internet server, switchboard, others assets & facilities.
∎ Ensure the security doors, alarm and fire fighting system always in good condition and run 24 hours.
∎ Co-operate with security guard to check the office condition before leaving every day.
∎ Responsible for order the security card (if any) and distribute to staffs, who have the right to enter office.
∎ Effectively utilize the use of company’s cars and rental cars.
∎ Daily waste/hazardous waste control
∎ Supervise the maids and canteen staff (if any) to collect the waste and keep in proper place.
∎ Responsible for dealings with the legal partner for taking away and disposal of the waste.
∎ Follow 5S standard
∎ In compliance with law/regulations for environmental protection.
∎ Organize company events and other administration works
∎ In charge of organizing, implementing the events upon request.
∎ Fully support all other department in administration works under supervision of the superior.
∎ Be aggressive in events organization and keep schedule.
∎ Implement the activities with optimal result.
∎ Do some simple recording of accounting book, document filling for Cash & Bank transaction.
∎ Prepare daily Petty cash and Bank Report, Cash bank book.
∎ Collect necessary documents relating to Bank transfer, Cash payment slip, cash receipt, inventory voucher, sale invoice...) and filling.
∎ Prepare Bank slip and work with bank for money remittance.
∎ Do cash on hand payment and collection and responsible for holding cash on hand.
∎ Filling and follow up the contracts with all suppliers, customers.
∎ Making payment request to customers.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and keep deadline of all reports.
