Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of Import/Foreign Furniture Goods Sales activity.
∎ Developing and implementing an internal Sales program.
∎ Customer Relation Developments
∎ Visit corporate houses & create a new client group
∎ Business developments & attend client with sales meeting
∎ Branding, Sales, Marketing & Public Relation
∎ Attend corporate product presentation meeting
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, a site visit with a client
∎ Daily sales reporting to Management
∎ Communicate related Govt./ Private Agencies
∎ Department others related works assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have extensive Sales experience in Foreign Furniture will get preference.
∎ Candidates with 5-8 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 3 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant Furniture Showroom will get preference
∎ The candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet) and Software management.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
