Job Context:
∎ Avian BPO is looking to hire an experienced Specialist WordPress Web Developer who will help the company grow in the web app development industry. The ideal candidate may not have enough general educational background but have the can-do attitude, always open & eager to learn new things in his/her area and have proper skills of a modern web developer. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing our client`s websites and applications. He/she should have skills or professional experience in building modern web applications by using PHP, Laravel, React, ReactNative, VueJs, WordPress, MySQL, Oracle, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop websites as per client's requirements
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers
∎ Strong comprehension of WordPress, WordPress, theme development, WordPress website maintenance (handling front & back end)
∎ Design and develop real-time dashboards
∎ Design a database and scale it efficiently
∎ Maintain best practices, responsiveness, pixel perfection, and quality code.
∎ Write technical documentation if required
∎ Collaborate with other team members
∎ HTML5, CSS, Good command on JavaScript (Ajax, Jquery, React)
∎ Strong knowledge of API
∎ Developing Restful API using Laravel/Nodejs etc
∎ Basic Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting
∎ Very good understanding of Responsive Web Design/Admin Panel with Bootstrap
∎ Experience in building modern web applications / software by using any framework
∎ Experience in plugins, especially used to wpbakery, elementor, Divi and other page builders
∎ Woocommerce, Payment integration like SSLCommerz, 2checkout, Stripe etc.
∎ Website optimization, backup & security
∎ Ability to make Android and iOS apps will add value
∎ Skilled in speed optimization techniques
∎ Able to implement basic On-Page SEO while developing
∎ Experienced in using CDN deployment using Cloudflare etc.
∎ Ability to deploy servers on cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
