Responsibilities & Context:

Summary:

• We are seeking skilled and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer (Laravel, Node.js) to join our team at Doptor IT Limited in Dhaka (Khilgaon).
• This is a full-time, office-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and Node.js.
• Implement and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Develop intuitive and interactive frontends using Vue.js, React, or Angular, along with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud VPS or dedicated servers with root-level access.
• Manage servers, including configuring DNS, SSL, and ensuring high-performance hosting environments.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance for both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure the best user experience and functionality.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration in projects.
• Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Backend Development:

• Strong proficiency in Laravel and Node.js (minimum 3 years of experience).Solid understanding of PHP, MVC architecture, and modern backend development practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, real-time data processing, and API authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT).
• Proficiency in raw SQL queries and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Composer for PHP dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with international and local payment gateway integrations.
• Familiarity with unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and code optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.

Frontend Development:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with frontend development tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Hands-on experience creating user-friendly and interactive UIs.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.

Server & Deployment:

• Experience in managing Cloud VPS or dedicated servers, including root-level access and application deployment.
• Proficiency in server management tools like Cloudways, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Proficient in command-line tools and Linux/Unix environments.
• Ability to configure, optimize, and secure servers for high performance and scalability.
• Experience in managing SSL certificates, DNS, and domain configurations.

Version Control:

• Expertise in Git (branching, merging, pull requests).
