Job Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Our company specializes in the modern web and develops outsourced business that develops projects of various scales, from companies listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to startups. We have a development style in which everything from formulating system specifications to design and implementation is performed on the go. Our company mainly develops Jamstack systems using Next.js/TypeScript. With this configuration, the rendering speed and SEO effect will be higher because the final static file can be delivered. The APIs layer mainly utilizes headless CMS such as microCMS, but may also be developed in-house if necessary. In addition to Jamstack, we also develop systems using Next.js and external APIs. It has been four years since our founding, and we have entered a phase of further business expansion. We are looking for a Jamstack engineer to support our expansion. We are still an immature company, but we welcome those who can make use of their development experience so far and play an active role!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, development, and operation of our own products, and design, development, and research for technical research and proposals for commissioned development projects
∎ Requirement definition with customers, technical support, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical stack:
∎ Frontend: HTML/CSS, Next.js (React), Gatsby, Node.js
∎ Backend: Ruby on Rails (Ruby), Laravel (PHP), MySQL
∎ Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, microCMS, Docker, Terraform
∎ In-house tools: Slack, Notion, Discord
∎ Required Skill:
∎ Development experience using frameworks such as Next.js/Nuxt.js/Angular
∎ Development experience in TypeScript using type functions and conditional types
∎ Experience in component design
∎ Development experience using state management
∎ Git team development experience
∎ Welcome Skill:
∎ Experience in leading a small team
∎ Experience in back-end development (*regardless of language)
∎ Experience in using/designing GraphQL
∎ Experience in development using agile development methods
∎ Experience designing distribution using Firebase, AWS Amplify/Netlify/Vercel
∎ Experience using headless CMS such as microCMS/Contentful

Salary:
∎ TK. 80K to 150K (Monthly)
The salary range depends on the expertise, experience and potential of the selected candidate and can be negotiated.
