Job Summary:
The Front Office and Tele sales Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests at Shayan Resort, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment of inquiry to departure. This dual-role position also involves generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, promoting resort packages, and managing booking inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly using the resort’s PMS system.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk and ensure accurate documentation.
- Tele sales Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote resort packages, seasonal offers, and group bookings.
- Handle inbound calls for reservations, pricing inquiries, and general information.
- Follow up with leads and past guests to encourage repeat bookings.
- Maintain records of sales and client information in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly tele sales targets and KPIs.
