∎ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
∎ Handle incoming/outgoing mail.
∎ Assist with scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating office activities.
∎ Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information about study abroad programs.
∎ Follow up on leads, inquiries, and student applications to drive engagement.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
