Responsibilities & Context:
- Greet and welcome Members & Guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. ·
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Manage Members & Guests logs and maintain the reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
- Handle other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
