Graduate / Masters in English from any recognized University and MUST be fluent in English from any reputed University.

The applicants should have well conversant in English is a MUST.

Must be presentable.

Must be smart, well-groomed and well mannered.

Ability to work independently.

Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office.

Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.

Receive & register all letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.

Coordinating with other office locations- Tracking of all Couriers/letters.

Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.

To maintain and update Telephone directory of the organization.

To ensure security of the total complex of the Front Desk.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees.
