Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings
∎ Providing recruitment & administrative support to the management
∎ Outbound calls to the potential clients to generate leads and offer in depth product information to the clients
∎ Creating/updating customer database with all the required information
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management
