∎ Position Overview: We're seeking talented Front Desk Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll handle various administrative support tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting rooms. We're looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service with sincerity and professionalism.
∎ • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
∎ • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
∎ • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
∎ • Coordinate meeting and training room bookings, including setup and cleanup.
∎ • Coordinate and execute monthly programs and events according to the established schedule and guidelines.
∎ • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
∎ • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
∎ • Provide information to clients and visitors as needed, demonstrating excellent communication skills
∎ • Handle any inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
∎ Work Place: Noor Tower, 110 Sonargaon Road, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
∎ Time: (09:00 Am-06:00 Pm)
