Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle visitors, and provide administrative support while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Handle emails, couriers, and official correspondence.

  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as required.

  • Coordinate with different departments when necessary.
