Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist clients, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Participate in the company's social media promotional activities and videos.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
∎ Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
∎ Maintain a database of student inquiries, appointments, and office visitors.
∎ Provide support to the counseling and marketing teams, including event preparation, promotional activities, and document management.
