∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to convince customers and sell products
∎ Must have experience working in Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Candidates residing in nearby Press Club Area, Adabor, Dhanmondi, Kalabagan, Kawran Bazar, Mohammadpur, New Market, Paltan, Shahbag, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Tejgaon, nearby Press Club Area will be given preference.
∎ Must have the mindset to go anywhere for office work
∎ Skills Required: Client Service/ Marketing, IT & Software Marketing
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 10 hours working time.
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time
∎ Comply with telephone etiquette with a clear voice
∎ Appropriately greet all the calls Focus on generating new business booking
∎ Attend outbound business call / tele sales professionally to generate new business leads Creating extraordinary customer service experience
∎ Lock customer complain properly regarding any service
∎ Data Entry and typing
∎ Maintaining various register books
∎ Proper addressing of requests / queries of visitors or via phone calls
∎ Attend to internal & external clients and guests
∎ Creative in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
∎ Perform any other duty assign by management from time to time.
