∎ North South University, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, East West University, American International University Bangladesh, BRAC University students will get preference.
∎ A'level, O'level, HSC (English version), IELTS preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: BPO,Telemarketing,Call Center
∎ Skills Required: Customer Care
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication in English, Fluent in English speaking and Writing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome and assist clients for a positive experience.
∎ Manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
∎ Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring operational efficiency.
∎ Understand laser and aesthetics services, addressing client queries accurately.
∎ Handle client registrations efficiently.
∎ Maintain a welcoming waiting area and perform general administrative tasks.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions.
∎ Respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
∎ Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
∎ Ensure seamless information flow with clinic staff.
∎ Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.
∎ Monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
∎ Proficient in handling phone systems and basic computer applications.
∎ Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
