∎ Age 18 to 28 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
∎ Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
∎ Schedule appointments and maintain records of client interactions
∎ Provide basic information about services including visa processes, job opportunities abroad, and educational consultancy
∎ Coordinate with internal departments for client processing and support
∎ Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
∎ Maintain and update social media pages and respond to messages/comments
∎ Assist in content creation for marketing materials and client communications
∎ Help manage leads, follow-up calls, and client database
∎ Participate in promotional events, seminars, and campaigns when needed
