Job Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized front-office environment.
Organize, sort, and store documents and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and coordination with other departments.
Ensure the front-office area remains professional, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Assist with additional clerical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate, aged 21-27 years.
Must be available to join immediately.
Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree from any discipline; candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a front-office, customer service, or administrative role is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills in Bangla and English (both verbal and written), with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Polished and professional appearance, with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
