∎ Greet clients and set a positive corporate arena.
∎ Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate destination.
∎ Receive all postal documents or packages and distribute them to appropriate. departments after maintaining the register book
∎ Organize and maintain files and update records regularly
∎ Prepare outgoing postal documents (envelopes, packages, etc.)
∎ Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, etc.
∎ Monitor employee attendance through employee management systems.
∎ Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
