Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Arranging and maintaining reception services, including greeting clients in the office with professional manner
∎ -Dealing efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and 'in person' enquiries of the clients.
∎ -Interacting extensively with clients to clarify their needs with satisfaction
∎ -Upholding and maintaining professional etiquette
∎ -Holding smile on the face to induce positive vibe at the office entrance
∎ -Organizing smooth Front Office Operation
∎ -Keep a record of Visitors with Name, Address and Contact Number
∎ -Having mentality to work for a long hour
∎ -Performing other Tasks as assigned by the Management
