Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the following:
∎ Preparation of tender documents and knowledge of standard forms of contract (such as FIDIC)
∎ Project budgeting
∎ Variation and change management
∎ Final accounting and negotiation
∎ Drafting Contract agreement
∎ Defining and setting project procurement strategy and policy
∎ Proficiency in cost/value analysis and quantum calculations
∎ Providing clients with strategic, tactical contractual and commercial advice, risk and opportunity analysis and management
∎ Providing dispute resolution and claims management services

∎ Singapore’s Window has an opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in major engineering projects, including tender document preparation, project budgeting, and CVR.
