∎ Applications are invited from eligible Male/Female candidates for the recruitment of Floor Manager (Store Manager/Outlet Manager) with min of 3-5 years job experience in the relevant field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the coffee house by maintaining international service standard according to the brand guideline.
∎ Hiring and training of new Baristas & Team Members. This will likely include interviews.
∎ Training employees on making beverages and how to use and clean coffee equipment and machines.
∎ Ensure correct stock for the store, regular store audit & daily reporting
∎ Ensure exceeding customer expectations consistently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work independently, target oriented and under pressure
∎ Good communication skill in writing and speaking in English
∎ Computer Literacy is must
