∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a committed and passionate person who fits in the role of Fleet & Travel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage the fleet for the country office operations and provide fleet and travel services to country office staff, its programme and projects pertaining to this service area.
∎ Facilitate and manage all international travels for the country operations including visa processing; manage domestic travels for BCO staff members
∎ Work as focal point for coordination of necessary accommodation for all international guest/staff members in collaboration with respective department.
∎ Manage the vendors for outsourced services related to fleet and travel, ensure fleet efficiency through preparing and analyzing periodic reports
∎ Carry out evaluation/survey to determine the level of customer satisfaction to such services and advise management towards improvement and cost efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are need someone who possess excellent knowledge on the INGO operating context in Bangladesh, relevant govt. policies related to Logistics and Procurement along with understanding of working with donor requirements (GAC, USAID, ECHO, EU, DFID etc.) especially on international travel and related issues including accommodation.
∎ 3-4 years' experience in similar role in an NGO or the private sector with proven technical skills in air ticketing, hotel and accommodation services.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT. 85840 to 100000 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
