Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage, and train workers to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., toolbox talks, risk assessments).
Technical Oversight: Read and interpret blueprints, ISO layouts, and technical drawings for piping or structural assembly.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Operations Management: Oversee the cutting, threading, welding, and installation of piping or structural components.
Planning: Order materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects.
Requirements
Experience: Generally requires 5–8+ years of experience in pipefitting, steel fabrication, or industrial maintenance, often with previous supervisory experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of welding techniques, piping materials, and CAD/digital tools
