∎ At least 15 years of experience in Financial Management in an International Organization like, WB. DFID, IMF, UNOPS etc. as consultant.
∎ Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, spread sheet in Excel, Power Point Presentation and in the use of analytical software including SPSS.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ He/She will be accountable to Line Director, TB- Leprosy and will work under overall guidance of Program Manager.
∎ He/she will provide technical assistance in financial management of NTP, including day to day budget, financial and administrative operations encompassing quality control, monitoring and clearance, financial accounting and reporting, allotment structure and award management & cash flow forecasting and monitoring, earmarking and transfers and to oversee the timely processing of committal documents.
∎ He will advise and guide NTP staff at all levels to promote a collaborative environment on financial issues and to ensure the implementation and application of sound and effective practices and procedures related to financial and budgetary matters.
∎ He will maintain accounting systems and ensure timely preparation/submission of financial reports.
∎ He will manage the financial compliance of Government and Development partner to ensure the expenses that are incurred in consistent with grant agreements and approved budget.
∎ Provide guidance on the maintenance and management of all accounting record of GFATM.
∎ Prepare the monthly/quarterly financial report, including financial narrative and variance analysis when necessary.
∎ Monitoring of cash flow through preparation of cash budgets and funding requests to ensure that sufficient cash is always available to meet operational needs.
∎ Provide technical support to other stakeholders in formulating and implementing the financial systems including grant management.
∎ Provide support during internal and external audit and ensure that appropriate measures according to audit findings and recommendations.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Line Director.
