∎ To support and strengthen our existing team we are currently seeking a talented young individual to join our Finance & Accounts Department as a Financial Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct financial analysis and reporting on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
∎ Monitor and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
∎ Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders
∎ Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks through financial modeling and data analysis
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives
∎ Perform financial research, market analysis, and benchmarking studies
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
∎ Any other task given by higher Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge about Bangladesh & Global Economy
∎ Proficient in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience as Financial Analyst
