Responsibilities & Context:

A. Finance & Accounts Responsibilities

1. Daily Financial Operations

  • Maintain daily sales, cash, and expense records

  • Handle cash collection, POS reconciliation, and deposits

  • Manage petty cash and branch-wise expense tracking

  • Ensure proper invoice, bill, and voucher documentation


2. Accounts & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

  • Assist in P&L preparation and cost analysis

  • Track branch-wise revenue and profitability

  • Monitor accounts payable & receivable


3. Payroll & Incentives

  • Prepare salary sheets, commissions, and incentives

  • Track staff attendance, overtime, and deductions

  • Ensure timely salary payments


4. Compliance & Controls

  • Assist with VAT, tax, and audit documentation

  • Maintain financial SOPs and prevent revenue leakage

  • Coordinate with the external accountant/auditor when required


B. Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Manage VIP and regular customer relationships

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat visits

  • Personally handle important or sensitive customer issues

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and retention


2. Front Desk & Coordination (as needed)

  • Support appointment scheduling and customer coordination

  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and stylists

  • Reduce waiting time and service delays


3. Complaint Handling & Feedback

  • Receive, record, and resolve customer complaints

  • Escalate serious issues to management

  • Analyze customer feedback to improve services


4. Sales Support & Retention

  • Promote packages, memberships, and offers

  • Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives

  • Track customer spending patterns and visit frequency.
