Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ towards improvement. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years of management & staff supervision experience in INGO is highly expected. The person needs to have the willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at the time of disaster within Plan working area or outside.
Salary:
∎ Salary Package: BDT. 1,70,000 to 1,90,000 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance.
